Using LingoPepper

1. Who operates the service

LingoPepper is operated by Andy Wilson Design Limited. These terms explain the rules for using the website, domain generation tools, saved sessions, subscriptions, favorites, affiliate purchase links, and developer API.

2. What the service does

The service generates domain name ideas using AI, checks basic availability signals, and may show estimated registration prices and affiliate links to third-party registrars. Domain availability, pricing, and registrar terms can change quickly, so you should verify all details with the registrar before buying a domain.

3. Accounts, turns, and subscriptions

Some features require an account or paid subscription. Turns are consumed when generation cycles run. Beast Mode may continue generating until stopped, the session reaches its safety cap, or available turns run out. Subscription features, limits, and prices may change, but changes will not reduce rights you have already paid for during an active billing period unless required for security, abuse prevention, or legal reasons.

4. Saved sessions and privacy

Authenticated saved sessions are encrypted before storage. Guest sessions are stored locally in the browser only. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for deciding whether a business idea is sensitive enough that it should not be submitted to an online service.

5. API use

The developer API is provided for legitimate automation of domain searches. You must keep API keys secret, avoid abusive request patterns, and not use the API to infringe rights, scrape third-party services, generate unlawful content, or disrupt the service. We may rotate, suspend, or revoke API keys to protect the platform.

6. Generated names and decisions

Generated names are suggestions, not legal, trade mark, company-name, or domain ownership advice. Before using or buying a name, you should run your own checks, including trade mark searches, company register checks, search engine checks, and registrar checkout confirmation.

7. Payments, refunds, and third parties

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. Domain purchases happen on third-party registrar websites and are governed by that registrar's own terms. Affiliate links may earn Andy Wilson Design Limited a commission at no additional cost to you.

8. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free output, or that a suggested domain will remain available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for business losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or decisions made in reliance on generated suggestions.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. The version published on this page is the current version. If a material change affects an active paid account, we will take reasonable steps to make that clear in the service.
